    The release of the latest statistics on HIV infection in connection with MSM couldn’t be more timely. We have just been told that the schools cannot say that homosexuality is neutral ansd that so is consensual anal sex with condoms.

    Now that I reflect on it, conspicuous in their silence during the AWARE saga were two agencies most directly connected with the major bone of contention: the MOH and Action for AIDS.

    It’s all about educating the people of Singapore. I don’t know if the authorities are doing it, or they are just allowing STDs to happen?
